Warranty

Diesel Particulate Filters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 Years or 50,000 miles (or 2 Year Unlimited Miles for HD DPFs & DOCs), subject to the warning set forth below: An improperly tuned engine can damage a diesel particulate filter (DPF). Be sure the engine is properly tuned to manufacturer's specifications and that emission control equipment is operating within the original equipment specifications before 
installing this new DPF. If the new DPF is being used to replace a failed DPF, it is possible the same problem, if not corrected, will cause damage to this new DPF. This DPF is intended for use on non-modified vehicles only. Systems with modified exhaust systems or high-performance ECM calibrations or tunes may cause this product to be damaged. Failure to comply with these instructions will void the product warranty. Not Legal for Sale in the State of

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Stock order parts and accessories ordered in error by a Customer may be returned to Company within 30 days from receipt of return goods authorization form for credit so long as such part and or accessory is returned in the original and unused factory condition (subject to Company Annual Parts Return Policy). Customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the amount so returned. Non-stock parts and accessories, including special manufactured items, ordered in error by Customer are not eligible for return.

Packaging

 All DPFs are packaged in sturdy, accordion-style boxes with thick foam to hold the unit securely in the center of the box to prevent damage in transit. All boxes are labelled with the part number and serial number. We further include application information: Engine make/ model, as well as OEM, cross-over information to confirm to your customer that they are getting the part they need.  All DPF boxes include installation guidelines and warranty registration forms. All DPFs include required gaskets. DPFs with weld bungs include a tube of anti-seize.
